We got the occasional MEMO on our desk and then we started having meetings every week about our compliance. It started to be a routine thing having meetings so it was only convenient to pay for meeting rooms for the month. I was in charge of booking all the locations and dates and also sending out the monthly MEMO with the information on it. This made things a lot easier knowing everyone would be able to see the video conference at one time instead of trying to update the rest of the company on the important things from the boss.
