Having grown up in a western culture, I have been raised to think that many things here can only be found here.  While on vacation in South Korea, I was amazed to discover that they had their own pyramids.   It was also a surprise to me that they had their own zodiac - and that it was based on the same information as ours.   When I became more familiar with the culture in the country, I realized that they were alsointerested in horoscopes in asia.   We may all be separated by distance,  oceans and borders but we are obviously more alike than I had been led to believe.

Who would have thought that gloves could be part of a saucy lingerie ensemble? When I first heard of it, I though it was very ironic. Gloves are used to cover up skin; saucy lingerie is used to reveal skin. Indeed, gloves, aside from its practicality in warming the hands, have been used to make fashion statements then and now. It says fashion and it says feminine. Saucy lingerie, on the other hand is all about passion and romance and confidence and everything about being a woman. When I think about it now, the irony behind making lingerie gloves seems fitting, because lingerie gloves allow you to be a womanly and feminine, soft and rough all at the same time. Lingerie gloves are perfect for the ultimate sexiness for what can be seen and what can be felt. 

After reading a few extraordinary things online, I feel compelled to write about this guy, Ron Pollack.  I noticed him on a number of profile sites, including Facebook and HubPages, and viewed his many impressive accomplishments.   For a short time after gradating from both Harvard and Yale, Ron Pollack joined with his renowned family history in real estate prior to moving into Finances.  He has been able to influence several businesses with his financial and investment strategies causing his companies and several others to flourish, specializing in Hedge Funds.  His mastery of Short-Selling has allowed him to be successful and keep coming back to this market.  Hard work and determination in all aspects of life and business is the core of his belief system.  He is a well- rounded individual who holds not only educaton and work experience in high esteem, but also reflects the value of a social conscience thru his association with many charitable foundations.  The New York Rescue Workers Detoxification Project, the Vail Valley Foundation and the Community Learning Center, just to name a few, were some really terrific organizations that I was extremely impressed to learn about his leadership roles with them.  Some of these projects provided deeply needed medical assistance for our selfless Hero’s of September 11th.  Truly heartwarming these touching stories are of these Hero’s who are finally able to sleep a whole night through and rid them selves of that horrid “9/11” cough that hundreds suffer from.  It is noteworthy that Ron Pollack, a highly successful businessman dedicated to his family, contributes his valuable time to help lead these worthwhile foundations and achieve tremendous charity.

With the latest reincarnation of the man of steel, it is inevitable that merchandise bearing his image and insignia became hot items again. That has been the case in every major Hollywood film featuring well-known superheroes, and Superman is no different.

Thus, you’ll see Superman’s face or the easily recognizable ‘S’ logo, on items as mundane as coffee mugs, shirts, to graphic artworks.  Even in accessories and jewelries, the trend is popular: the market is saturated with Superman pendant, novelty cufflinks, wristbands, and just about anything .which can be printed or engraved with the Superman logo. And the craze would continue for sometime, until the next superhero revival comes along.
