They are great. Large enough to fit in twice the gear of our old lockers, we’re soon to fill them to capacity.

I am so tired of having to find a "pill" for every single health issue today.  Is it just me or can anything be cured or prevented without the use of a mysterious pill that you don’t even know what it is made of.  I have just researched and discovered something called a neti pot.  The neti pot is a simple solution to soothing, calming, and alleviating allergy and other sinus problems and irritants.  You usually fill the pot with lukewarm water (sometimes with the addition of special salts) and then gently pour the water through your nasal canal.  The water will either come back out the same way it came in or into your mouth.  Just a few uses is all it takes to calm and alleviate any sinus problems that you may be experiencing.  I must warn you though to not pour cold water into your body through the use of the pot.  Cold water can be uncomfortable when it touches your nasal membrane.
