The most important thing missing from my bank is business financing help for routine working capital and refinancing commercial loans. I think that most small business owners just do not realize how much banks have changed in how they handle commercial finance services. In my case what I have previously arranged in a short conversation now requires multiple site visits and even that often results in the bank not providing the loan. It is as if bankers now look at each lending request like they were hiring for a job opening and feel they need to interview multiple candidates instead of just sticking to the business financing.
