When my husband, Ken, got home from work last Friday, I told him that I wanted to talk to him about getting a swimming pool installed in our back yard. I told Ken that I had talked to our friend, Diane, about her swimming pool. I explained to Ken that Diane had a salt water pool that didn’t require much maintenance. I also told him that since we got such a good interest rate on our USDA Mortgage I thought we could afford the pool. My husband said that since a salt water pool wasn’t much maintenance that we could get a pool if I could find a good deal on one.
