Frank has been having problems with dark circles under his eyes for some time. He thought that it was something that he was always going to have to live with. However, his sister, Beth told him about Hydrolyze Eye Cream. At first he just shrugged her suggestion off. Beth told him that their cousin, Evelyn had the same problem, and now she does not have the dark circles any longer since using the eye cream. Frank agreed to try it, and Beth ordered it for him. She told him that he would be getting the cream by the end of the week.
