There are many components to a truly healthy drink.  It seems to me that a healthy drink firstly would start with water.  In fact, water would be my first choice.  My next choice would include organic lemon and water.  Then I would not neglect my electrolytes, so salt would come into play for me.  Something like gatorade, but without the dyes, and other toxic adiitives.  I, of course, would then move into my vinny drink which consists of organic, raw apple cider, water, and raw honey.  This healthy drink really does the whole body good for it is very alkalanizing which promotes overall health.
