The recent longevity phenomena can be in due part of Dr Oz. Resveratrol is the supplement he suggests for living well in to our second century of life. The doctor has been researching many different longevity techniques and practices. His recent travel to the blue zones helped him make some interesting discoveries. He noticed that most of the people living in these “zones” do several things in common. One thing you may want to do and this is obviously the most important, is physical exercise.
