I joined a gym and hired a trainer. I was carrying around a spare tire, and I wanted to get rid of it. I had been doing sit ups at home, but they were not very effective in reducing the flab around my middle. My trainer gave me a great belly exercise to work on. I have been doing the exercises for a short period of time, but I am already seeing results. I should have joined the gym and hired a trainer a long time ago.
