Do you sleep a lot? Do you find that you are counting on a nap every day? Perhaps you are resting too much. One of the causes of tiredness is that your body is resting too much. I know, it may not seem to make sense, but your body can get used to sleeping all of the time and then it will expect to sleep more. It starts feeling tired more often. It is said that exercise gives you energy. So if expelling more energy makes one energetic, then it follows that not giving much energy will result in having less, causing tiredness.
