Approaching a fitness program should not be something that will intimidate you at all. You should look at it as some thing that you are going to conqure. Dont be unreasonable with the goals that you set for yourself, but make sure that you are beating the workout that you did last time you worked out. You should be keeping a jornal of your progress in order to easily access this information. THese jornals will actually help keep your entire workout and fitness life together and organized. It will help you when you are eating healthier and trying to lose fat.
