Urging the teenagers to loss weight is stressful, because they sometimes lazy to do the effort, especially when they already have done it, but don’t show any changes, had made them discourage. Yet, there are other ways that can be effective, in doing some physical activities, which will be motivating to them, to get involved and persevering enough in pursuing weight loss for teens. Weight loss for teens’ activities can be effective, when this effort will be done, through an agency, which influencing, to educate them about the essentiality, on physical activity, as well as nutrition and proper diet. Weight loss for teens’ activities, must be fun on them, so that it can be enjoyable, and not become sacrifices to them.
