I want to find an inexpensive small blender that won’t take up too much space. I am hoping that a hand blender will be good enough for my purposes, so I am thinking of getting the Cuisinart CSB-76 Hand Blender. I just have to look into this a bit more thoroughly to make sure that this type of blender would work for all the stuff that I usually need to blend. Would this work well enough to be able to use it in place of a hand mixer? That would make it even more useful to me since it would mean one less appliance to get.
