At last week’s community Association meeting many topics were covered. The biggest concern for everyone attending was the proposed rate increase in the homeowners association fees. The reason for this increase was for the increased cost of maintaining both the Jacuzzi and the pool area. Another topic that was explored was the expanding of the community kitchen at the clubhouse next to the pool.
