We serve about one hundred people a day at our restaurant. People love our smoked brisket and lunch specials. This location is perfect for us and it gets a lot of traffic from the people walking by. You can just smell the brisket being cooked in the charcoal smokers. Sunday is our busiest day because we have a church on either side of us. Sometimes we have to open up more tables in the back. Everyone talks about the flavors from the smoker. We hope to add a few more smokers next week to keep us with demand. It is great to have so much repeat business.
