One of my best friends owns several niche websites. She loves what she does, but she rarely has time to keep them updated without help. I help her out when I can, but sometimes I, too, run out of time. Luckily, she found an article marketing company that only charges a small amount to provide articles for her that are optimized and that fit her niche. I have read quite a few of the articles that they provided and they are really good. Having high quality articles helps her websites appear much more professional than other websites in the same niches.
