For some reason, when I first started drinking wine I did not have a problem finding the type that I really liked. Now that I have been a connoisseur of sorts of the wine I can not find a good dry white wine that I like. Is it because I now have a pallet for wine that I can not find one? Maybe what I like in a wine is not as popular as it once was? Everything that I taste that claims to be dry is just way too sweet for me. Can I find dry and buttery in one type of wine?
