Like i’ve always said, when you are in the kitchen or at the dining table and you need fresh grated garlic, cheese or whatever else, it time to get the famous grater plate out and put it to work. You, your guests and almost anyone else in the area will marvel at the ease in which you conduct yourself. You won’t be scurrying around trying to find grated cheese for your guests, they just grated it themselves. How wonderful to have fresh Parmesan cheese or whatever other kind you might serve right there at the dinner table, fresh for your guests.
