My brother and I were looking for a way we could both make a great deal of money as opposed to just letting the money sit around in a savings account with a low interest rate. We first thought about investing in stocks together, but this would have been hard as we both would have to agree when to sell a stock. After searching for many different types of investments, my brother and I finally decided to take a chance on different land investments. This turned out to be the best choice as we were able to buy land and sell it within a year for a profit.
