Several years ago I purchased a block of land which I planned to build on at some stage. It is densely populated with trees and will need to be cleared out to commence the building. I have obtained the necessary council approval but need to hire a construction excavation service to assist with the job. I have been able to do some of the initial clearing but don’t have the necessary cartage equipment to deal with the larger trees which will need to be removed. By getting the ground leveled it will give me a better idea of the type of home that I will build. This project will be perfect for summer now that the weather is starting to get warmer.
