Another great way to develop business time management skills is to keep a small voice recorder in your pocket or purse. Then, whenever you remember something important, or are given an assignment, speak into the recorder. Then, when you have a minute to yourself, play the recording back and write the message into your daily planner or notebook.

A person who’s very good at business time management will use all of the examples above and more in order to maximize their day and organize themselves effectively. Business time management isn’t difficult, it just takes a little effort in order to succeed in today’s ever increasingly competitive business world.
