I thought that initially the idea of a sauna was just a hoax. Sure, it may feel really good to get a good sweat out while sitting still but did it really do anything beneficial for your body? Now that I am doing the research it seems like all the facts point to the amazing benefits that a good soak in a sauna can do for you. Once again though, I am rather sceptical about the sauna suits that people are wearing lieu of the actual sauna. Do these work just as well as the sauna? They sure seem a lot more reasonable and definitely more convenient.
