Well these have really caught me by surprise. I have been circuit training for 3 years now and have started to add a little weight training to my routine to add a little muscle and definition and my personal trainer recommend I try adding a few well chosen sports supplements to my daily diet. Sure, why not I thought, until I realised how much choice there is out there! I did not know where to start so I asked my trainer what a good starting point would be. Apparently a good whey protein is first on the list as it helps my muscle recover from the damage I do to them at the gym. I think I will just start with protein and see how it goes from here on in. Don’t want to rush in too quickly, I think I will give my body some time to take it in and adjust.
