Is an HDMI cable just an HDMI cable? I hear some people who say they will only buy the high end monster brand HDMI cables because they are the best. Just because they are the most expensive on the market does not always mean that they are the best. HDMI Cables for the most part are all the same. Yea sometimes you get manufacturer defects but that happens with all products. Other than the brand and the price the only real difference with HDMI cables is the packaging the the design of the plastic housing the HDMI cable wires are in, other than that an HDMI cable is just an HDMI cable.
