The problem that we had when we are in the testing phase of the program that we wanted our company to have was documentation. Everybody was so busy with the testing and the bootcamp that nobody even bothered to write it all down. All the errors and the changes that were made that caused the error. Nobody logged it down.  And you have to know that there was only one programmer assigned to the whole project and nobody to help him work out the kinks of the program.  What we needed then was a Document Version Control software.  You would not believe that we were even sharing passwords then because the passwords of the other users were not working. That was how much we were in trouble.
