I would think that if you wanted to eliminate a lot of trailer movement and if you wanted a quality piece of equipment that you would get a hitch that has very few pieces that would break down. Upon searching though for different hitches, it looks like the more the merrier. I suppose the more movement that you have in a hitch the less movement that you would have on the trailer itself.  I am looking for the ultimate sway control hitch and at first I was turned off by a lot of pieces but now I know that is what I need to get the most control.
